By signing this application form you confirm that you are voluntarily joining the Croatian Association "Football Union" and that you accept the Statute.
Also, you agree to pay membership fee to the account IBAN: HR50 2340 0091 1104 6842 4 according to the HUNS regulations.
FIRST STEP
→ Fill in and sign the application form (both sides) please.
→ Please send filled and signed application form by e-mail to: info@huns.hr.
SECOND STEP
→ Look at UEFA rankings for club competitions and find your current club you are playing in and look at his number position. It is important to look whether your club is under or above first 35 countries in the current season.
→ If you do not play in any football club at the moment, just skip this step.
